consti returns to action with Akimbo
Akimbo have confirmed to Dust2.us that Bishrel "N2o" Tamir has stepped from the lineup and been replaced by Kevin "consti" Yi, seeing the player officially leave the roster after last playing for the team in early February. The move sees consti return to action after being away from teamplay for some time, having last played for FLUFFY AIMERS in early 2024.
consti's career was briefly put on pause after the Taiwanese-American player went on a lengthy sabbatical in his home country, returning later in the year to win ESEA Main Season 50 with BACKWHENEVER while also attending Fragadelphia x Tap 2 with timbermen. His addition to Akimbo will see consti return to ESL Challenger League after last playing Season 46 with Badass, with whom he made playoffs.
N2o told Dust2.us that he decided to step down from the team to focus on work to save up money for personal matters while also working towards buying a new PC, as he says his computer is "bad" and struggles to run Counter-Strike 2.

Akimbo made their debut with consti in the IEM Dallas 2025 NA Open Qualifier. His next match for the team is scheduled for February 19th against Chill Guys in ECL S49.
