CS2 among games announced for IESF 2025
The International Esports Federation just dropped their list of games for the 2025 season, and CS2 is one of the titles included in the roster.
The Valve shooter joins fellow Valve product DOTA 2 alongside Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, eFootball, and PUBG: Mobile. Counter-Strike 2 was featured at the previous edition of the IESF World Esports Championships in Riyadh.
The United States and Canada were both represented at IESF 2024 last year, with the men's and women's teams for both countries heading out to Saudi Arabia to represent North America. The men's teams were essentially a wash, bombing out in joint last place, while the women's teams fared far better, with Canada finishing in 13th-16th place, while Team USA notched a respective top-four finish.
Location and dates of the 2025 event have not yet been announced.
