BOSS look to shake things up with Fruitcupx

Last night BOSS announced an unexpected addition to their lineup as Gavin "Fruitcupx" Norman has joined the lineup from Final Form. The 23-year-old rifler joins the squad in what will be his first season of ESL Challenger League, having only recently become a regular ESEA Advanced playoffs contender with the Snakes Den/Final Form core in ESEA Advanced Seasons 47 and 48.

While Fruitcupx lacks experience at the ECL level, his recent form has been quite strong, with the rifler posting a 1.22 rating over 19 maps in the past three months against the likes of FLUFFY AIMERS, BOSS, and Take Flyte.

By gambling on a new face in the ECL space, BOSS will aim to recover from a poor start to this iteration of the orgless roster, as with Jack "micro" Ryan the team had a poor 37.5% map win rate over 16 maps. As previously reported, Matthew "Cryptic" Whitmore has taken over IGL duties once again, and will be hoping to lead the team to a competitive playoffs run in ESL Challenger League Season 48.

Fruitcupx will make his debut with BOSS on August 21st as the team take on E-Xolos LAZER in ESL Challenger League Season 48.
