Valve fix the Fever Case bug, so don't hope to get rare CS2 knives like before

As soon as the CS2 "Spring Forward" update dropped on March 31st, some skins enthusiasts noticed that the Fever Case was busted.

Some of those who were fast to unblock the Fever Case and open it, cashed in some rare skins as the odds to get knives with the Ruby or Sapphire paint finish were too high in comparison to other Doppler finishes. Turns out that this wasn't intended, Valve admitted on April 3rd.

"When we released the Fever Case, there was a bug with the frequency at which different paint finishes were applied to knives," Valve announced via the official CS2 account on X. "This has since been fixed."

So now it's all too late to spend time to unblock the Fever Case, which is only obtainable if you buy The Armory Pass in CS2, and try getting some of those really expensive knives.
