NA Revival Series #2 delayed after Wildcard protest server location

There is some trouble hitting the North American scene as Wildcard is currently protesting in the NA Revival Series #2 due to the server location for their match against NRG.

Wildcard's Swedish duo Love "phzy" Smidebrant and Tim "susp" Ångström are still located in Sweden which has caused some issues relating to ping for their recent matches stateside. For the last few weeks the duo have had to overcome the issue while helping their team throughout online qualifiers and the ESL Challenger League Season 48 matches.

NRG proposed to play on Dallas servers, which is customary for most of the matches played in North America. However, Wildcard was looking to play on an East Coast server that would better accommodate their players.

The issue caused a massive delay this Sunday afternoon while the two sides discussed, with Erik "fl0m" Flom even considering that Wildcard would have to forfeit if the issue could not be resolved.

fl0m was able to reveal that the two sides had apparently agreed to a Miami server location and the match is expected to continue after it was supposed to start at 03:00PM.
