undefined and Take Flyte claim spots in NA Revival Series #2

Yesterday the open qualifier for the second NA Revival Series was played out, with Take Flyte and undefined claiming spots in the main event via the 96-team event. This qualifier, which saw a slightly lower turnout than the previous event, still saw a number of top ECL teams and interesting mixes all battle for spots in the second of PrizePicks' $5,000 events.

In the first three rounds of play, the only upset of note saw Limitless kicked out of the qualifier in an extremely close 19-17 loss on Anubis to DETONATE, who have continued to be a menace in these open qualifiers. In the next round of play another ECL squad bit the dust in an upset as LAG lost to squids, a mixteam with Zander "FIEND" Bates and other ESEA Advanced names.

In the fifth round, results began to heat up, with Joshua "steel" Nissan's Vibe mix besting the upstart squid squad while undefined took down DETONATE 13-10 on Ancient. Meanwhile, Take Flyte made quick work of Ascend with a 13-2 win while FLUFFY AIMERS had to really struggle to take down straykids in overtime with a 16-12 win on Ancient.

The final round of play in the qualifier concluded with undefined taking down Vibe 13-8 on Mirage while Take Flyte claimed a narrow 13-11 win against fellow ECL squad FLUFFY AIMERS on Dust2.
