Detonate promote Academy team

The Atlanta-based organization have called up their academy squad after they qualified to ESEA Advanced.

Detonate have announced the promotion of their academy squad to to serve as the organization's main roster heading into ESEA Advanced Season 47. The promotion to the young academy side comes after Detonate parted ways with their previous lineup after they failed to make Advanced playoffs, ending the season with a 7-5 regular season record.

The promotion of Detonate's academy team comes after the squad finished ESEA Main Season 46 in fourth place, earning $1,000 and a spot in Advanced for the first season of Counter-Strike 2 on FACEIT. The team is led by Patrick "Tr1ck" Stanton, who is set to play his first season of Advanced after being in Main for the past four seasons.

Detonate now consists of:

  • United States Jason "Enzo" Agaliotis

  • United States Patrick "Tr1ck" Stanton

  • Canada Tyson "FuuuZion" Acosta-Sanchez

  • United States Jacob "Gibbyatl" Gibby

  • United States Tyler "Ravenzs" Kibec

Detonate currently have a 0-1 record in ESEA Advanced Season 47, and will be facing off against NoVum on October 25th as they look to equalize their record.
