Black Mold continues dominance with two 13-1 wins | ESL Impact League S7 Week 3 Roundup
Week three of ESL Impact League Season 7 North America has concluded, leaving only two unbeaten teams thus far.
The highlight of week three was the head-to-head between the unbeaten Supernova Comets and Ghost, but it was the Comets who emerged victorious at the end of the day. But before that highly anticipated match, Impact League fans were forced to watch a one-sided beatdown.

Black Mold 2-0 Nyx Empire
Nyx Empire has faced arguably the three best teams in the first three weeks, and things went from bad to worse against Black Mold. After only winning three rounds in week two against Ghost, Nyx lost both Anubis and Mirage in 13-1 fashion. April "Bungee" Haight dominated with a 32/10 scoreline in completely one-sided series.

In a battle between unbeaten teams, it was the superior T-sides from Supernova Comets that proved to be the deciding factor. On Inferno, the Comets' 8-1 T-side in the second half erased a Ghost lead and produced a 13-8 win. On Nuke, the Comets raced out in front with a 10-2 T-side in the first half and never looked back, winning 13-7.
