4.14 Banned Players and Ban Policy

The Dust2.us Eagle Master Series reserves the right to rule ineligible players who are currently banned or otherwise sanctioned by the ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), Gamers Club, the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC), BLAST, or other major tournaments organizers at its sole discretion for serious infractions and/or integrity violations and independently rule ineligible players for these violations at its sole discretion. Serious infractions and/or integrity violations include but not limited to: Cheating, Match Fixing, Betting Offenses, and Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

For avoidance of doubt, The Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series reserves these rights for both teams competing in the Main Event as well as teams competing in the Open Qualifiers for the Main Event.

Artur "keizo" Andreev (Also known as n1legG) is barred from the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series due to operating a "smurf" account (an alternate account used by a player to obfuscate their identity) during the PGL Bucharest 2025 NA Open Qualifiers and the PGL Astana NA Open Qualifiers on Esportal, being banned on the FACEIT platform for operating a "smurf" account, and for violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement for purchasing said account from a third-party website.

The other eight players are barred from the event series due to playing with the "keizo" account, knowingly playing with a "smurf" account and thus undermining the integrity of PGL's tournaments and compromising the competitive environment of the event.

So he played a completely different qualifier on ESPORTAL with a player who was not cheating, not ban evading but deactivated his FACEIT and made a new one. Justice is served. Good shit boys
