Villainous lineup jumps to Zomblers for Season 53
On March 23rd, Zomblers announced their new lineup for ESEA Advanced Season 53, seeing the organization pick up the lineup formerly tied to Villainous. The lineup have also made a change in their ranks, seeing Dakota "Static" Slater replaced by Christian "Sathsea" Birkelbach in the off-season.
Regarding the decision to join Zomblers, Will "aelor" Africano told Dust2.us that they felt the Zomblers organization aligned better with the team's aspirations heading into the second quarter of the team, especially as the team aim for a deeper run in ESEA Advanced playoffs and look to attend LAN events. Last season the then-Villainous squad made playoffs but were eliminated in 17th-24th place after a win over regain and losses to MIGHT and Immigrants Peek.
Zomblers briefly hosted another ESEA Advanced squad in Season 52, however they quietly dismissed the squad in late February after an underwhelming 5-9 season.
