NRG sign former FaZe, FURIA analyst

NRG have announced the addition of former FURIA and FaZe analyst Viacheslav "innersh1ne" Britvin to the team's ranks, seeing the 31-year-old Russian join Damian "daps" Steele in the team's coaching staff. innersh1ne's addition to NRG sees him become the second European addition to the squad this week as NRG announced the addition of former Astralis player Alexander "br0" Bro, with the Dane joining as a replacement for Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte.

As previously mentioned, innersh1ne joins NRG with a wealth of experience after previous outings on mousesports, FaZe, and FURIA, among other teams. His most recent outing with FURIA lasted from July to December 2024 and saw innersh1ne work with American analyst Hunter "Lucid" Tucker on the Brazilian lineup.

The recent changes to NRG's ranks come as the organization looks to make their first Major after missing both Majors in 2024. This upcoming Major is of special importance as the BLAST.tv Austin Major is set to be North America's first Major in seven years.
