FlyQuest RED appoint NA veteran as new head coach
Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman has been promoted to FlyQuest RED's new head coach. He'll replace Luca "Munstur" Ioanițiu, who parted ways with the organization on mutual terms.
The change in command at FlyQuest RED comes at a time in which a lot of other organizations in the ESL Impact ecosystem are cutting costs or completely backing out of women's competitive Counter-Strike scene. ENCE, TSM, Astralis, Virtus.pro, and NAVI are some of the organizations that quit in the past weeks.
Shakezullah was already working with the FlyQuest RED players as he had been Munstur's assistant since May 2024. The 27-year-old served as the head coach of Ben's Anime Team Chaos between the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 before taking an assistant coach position at Evil Geniuses' Blueprint project.
And of course, Shakezullah is known for his time as an in-game leader for teams such as Singularity, Bad News Bears, and most notably the Triumph lineup that had the likes of Michael "Grim" Wince and Paytyn "junior" Johnson.
FlyQuest RED currently sit outside of the top 100 in the Valve Ranking System after finishing 7th-8th at the ESL Impact League Season 6 Finals in November.
