Fisher College unveils European-majority roster for Fall season
Fisher College, a small private college in Boston, Massachusetts, has announced their new roster for the Fall 2024 collegiate esports season, seeing the lineup add a third European player to their ranks alongside a well-known player in the collegiate scene.
In its totality, the changes to the lineup see Belgian Milan "CrePoW" Libbrecht and former Davenport University player Tommy "corn" Eckhart join the squad while Anthony "ynoT" Vitale has transitioned into a coaching role and Justin "FRIZZY" Gillis has been benched.
CrePoW's addition to Fisher's roster sees the Belgian linkup with Nils "ReFuZR" Groot after the duo played together for a number of years in the Benelux scene on KRC Genk and Project Eversio. Alongside Alexander "AlekS" Andersson and ReFuZR, CrePoW is the latest European to head stateside for collegiate esports, with previous names including Dans "danss" Sils and Denis "swicher" Baranov.
The other key addition to the squad, corn, is a well-known face in the collegiate scene having been a member of the Davenport University squad that became the first collegiate squad to qualify to ESL Challenger League back in Season 42. corn has been out of the collegiate scene for some time while competing with smaller teams in ESEA Advanced including 7AM NA, 26 Rising, and WICKED.

It is currently unknown what, if any, competitions Fisher will compete in outside of their collegiate commitments, however the experienced squad are definitely one to keep an eye on.
