Complexity to face MOUZ in qualification match tomorrow
Complexity will officially play MOUZ tomorrow in the 2-0 qualification battle to see who will get one of the two highest seeds at the first Counter-Strike 2 Major. The American squad have surprised many with their impressive first day in the Elimination Stage and get the reward of playing one of the stronger European teams in the competition.
MOUZ have been in solid form in recent months. The squad finished in the top four at IEM Katowice, flawlessly went through the European RMR, and have taken down ECSTATIC and Eternal Fire in two tight matches. Recently acquiring Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin from NIP on loan, MOUZ look like they haven't lost a step.
Regardless of the day's final matches, the Buchholz score indicates that MOUZ and Complexity will play, while Natus Vincere will play either Spirit or Imperial.
Complexity, last in this position in 2018 at the FACEIT London Major, will face a tough battle. The organization featured players like Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker, Shahzeeb "ShahZaM" Khan, and current M80 coach Rory "dephh" Jackson in the competition, as they finished 8th following a playoff loss to MIBR.
Complexity, with their new, younger American crew, have never made it to the top 16 of a Major, let alone even sniffed at making the playoffs. Given the squad's strong wins against teams like paiN and Heroic, they definitely have a chance to win in tomorrow's match.
MOUZ and Complexity will play tomorrow as the two sides looks to secure a playoff spot.
