LCA Broadcasting allege Danish organization has failed to pay invoices

The broadcasting agency issued a press release discussing the non-payment.

On November 8th, LCA Broadcasting, a North American broadcasting agency that operates worldwide, published a press release claiming that Linx Legacy, a Danish organization, is yet to pay a portion of what it owes LCA Broadcasting from coverages provided during April and May 2023.

The North American agency explains that since May 2023 it has not provided any coverage to the Danish organization due to the payment issues, but didn't publicly reveal it due to the fact that "communications stood strong" and that the organization informed the "situation would be resolved shortly" but nothing came to fruition, which prompted LCA Broadcasting to publish the press release.

LCA Broadcasting intended to take this matter to light in October, but communications resumed between both parties, with Linx Legacy paying four of the seven invoices that were due. Since then, no other payments have been made to the broadcasting agency despite setting deadlines and Linx Legacy maintaining an active presence on social media. October 21st was the last time Linx Legacy's Twitter account posted something, which was the announcement of two new CS2 rosters.

The announcement of the roster and the active social media presence, despite not paying LCA Broadcasting, is what pushed the agency to publicly inform the community of what is happening behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, Dust2.dk interviewed Lui Børgesen, one the owners of Linx Legacy. During the interview, Lui revealed that an investor was not fulfilling its contract, making the organization unable to pay the North American agency. The organization owner agrees with LCA Broadcasting in the sense that this is a regrettable situation and is "working hard to correct the situation". Regarding the recent claims of the failed communications, Lui argues that he never "ghosted" the agency, but has said that there "has been intermittent [communications] and a long response time" between messages.

Dust2.dk tried asking more questions regarding the situation, but Lui Børgesen stopped replying. At the time of publication, Linx Legacy is yet to pay LCA Broadcasting $450 from the coverage provided during April and May of this year.

Dust2 Birthday cake!
Right never ghosted but would not respond unless we messaged others in the organization to any sort of contact.
