NEX to take break from streaming due to medical issues
After expressing dissatification over his in-game performance and stepping down to a coach role in CS:GO just over a month ago, Justin "NEX" McLellan has tweeted that he plans to take a break from streaming as a whole due to needing surgery for an infection around his neck.
In a reply to another Twitter user, NEX elaborated that he has a cage in his neck that is connected to his vertebrae that needs to be removed as the infection has caused the cage to push on his spinal cord. He is slated to go in for surgery early next week. The staff at Dust2.us wish NEX the best as he prepares for the procedure.
NEX occupies a coach role on Think Outside the Box, who are currently 1-16 in MDL Season 29 in second to last place with only the Deadnitas lineup below them. The team recently restructured their roster as they look to improve their results in the upcoming season.
