seang@res joins ELEAGUE Major Broadcast
With the New Champions stage of the ELEAGUE Boston Major set to begin this Friday, where the event moves to the Agganis Arena in Boston, there's another change in the talent roster.
After Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert's Major analyst debut in the New Legends portion of the competition, he is set to be replaced by a former teammate. Sean "seang@res" Gares is joining the analyst desk for the playoffs, for the first time since December 2016. The veteran IGL, who competed in the New Challengers stage with Misfits, joins the desk to add his recent playing experience to the show.
Also joining him in the talent line-up will be Alex "Goldenboy" Mendez, who recently worked with ELEAGUE on their Rocket League tournament. He joins the talent team as the "in-arena emcee"
The updated talent line-up for the ELEAGUE Major Boston is as follows:

The New Champions stage of the Major commences this Friday, January 26th, at 10am EST with the game between FaZe and mousesports being the first of three quarter-finals that day. The final quarter-final, between SK and fnatic, will be held on Saturday, January 27th, starting at 10am before the two semi-final matches.
The final, held on the Sunday, January 28th, will begin at Noon EST and feature two hours of programming before the final. This will include the The ELEAGUE Major: Pro-Am Challenge Showmatch, between two teams captained by casters and featuring pro players. There will also be a preview of the first episode of the five-part ELEAGUE | Road to The Boston Major series, which is set to debut on TBS at 9pm EST.
