Valve's servers remain full of cheaters

STYKO claims he had "four clean games" out of 30 in Premier

High-elo games are swamped with cheaters, according to Slovakian IGL.

Cheaters are running rampant in Premier games with 25K+ ratings, at least based on a quick experiment conducted by Slovakian veteran Martin "STYKO" Styk over the past few days.

STYKO claimed he played 30 games in Premier, one of the official matchmaking modes available in CS2, and only four games were "clean", meaning he didn't spot a cheater on either side after reviewing the demo.

And I am not only talking about ragehack, but also those trying to hide it (yes, I downloaded the demo and looked at it). When I had a cheater on my team, we tried to kick him (and actually vote went through a few times, wow).

Then there is Competitive Cooldown for "kicked too many teammates". Imagine kicking cheaters, but you are the one to get banned instead of them...

STYKO later added that he had 17 consecutive games with at least one cheater during this experiment.

Cheating has been an ongoing problem since the CS:GO days and it remains unclear if the situation got any better in CS2 despite Valve's efforts of implementing "VAC Live" among other features.

We may see STYKO offer more details about his experience in Premier as he's constantly uploading new content on his YouTube channel.
