Media: G2 trying to sign hades on loan to replace m0NESY

G2 are locked in talks with Monte to secure the services of Olek "⁠hades⁠" Miskiewicz on loan, multiple sources told HLTV reporter Luis "MIRAA" Mira this Monday, April 7th. The organization is desperately after an AWPer as their superstar Ilya "⁠m0NESY⁠" Osipov is reportedly joining Falcons ahead of the BLAST.tv Austin Major.

According to HLTV, m0NESY could depart G2's ranks right after PGL Bucharest 2025 concludes. G2 are set to attend PGL Astana 2025 and IEM Dallas next month ahead of the Austin Major.

This HLTV report comes at the same time Monte benched hades this morning. Should G2 get hades on loan, he'll join his fellow countryman Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelsk and Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas.

hades and Snax briefly played together in 2022, when the latter stood in for ENCE at IEM Dallas. They also played under the tag ex-Finest for a short period afterward.

The Polish AWPer is averaging a 1.11 rating in 2025, which is far less than m0NESY's 1.29 average rating. hades also hasn't faced any top 20 or top 10 teams yet this year.
