BLEED roster feud with org over $232,000 allegedly owed

The BLEED coach and players will play under a new banner.

BLEED coach Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović posted a letter today alleging that the organization has delayed salary and prize pool payments, failed to pay buyouts, and ignored roster members' concerns.

In the letter, kassad alleges that he and the players fully organized and paid for the team's RMR bootcamp. He claims that other organizations, including G2 and Apeks, have not received their buyout payments. Kassad says that BLEED management has either lied or ignored their requests and that "on top of everything, [the] CEO has disappeared from the face of the earth, and nobody can find him."

In his letter, kassad says that players from other divisions within the organization have reached out to the CS2 division with similar concerns. Earlier this month, BLEED was removed from the VALORANT Champions Tour by Riot Games "due to persistent operational failures of the team."

BLEED has posted an update in response to kassad's allegations, stating that the roster "has been paid through August with September salaries in processing," and that the organization has "been in constant conversation with the team on all outstanding matters." Kassad replied to this update directly with a list of alleged payments still owed to Apeks, G2, Vladan "VLDN" Radević, Tsvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov, Josef "faveN" Baumann, and himself.

The current BLEED roster will participate at the RES Regional Champions and the Thunderpick World Championship under the "UNPAID" banner. The roster currently consists of only VLDN, Cai "CYPHER" Watson, and Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad, plus coach kassad.
