NA streamer sponsors D0cC's POGGERZ lineup for Major qualifiers

First we had Oliver "zipeL" Behrensdorff creating his own organization in ECSTATIC, then we had OhnePixel sponsoring a team in the Perfect World Shanghai Major Asia-Pacific RMR qualifiers, and now we have superfkr, a North American streamer, sponsoring the POGGERZ lineup that has already qualified to the Asia-Pacific RMR Middle Eastern Closed Qualifier. The team has since changed their name to reflect their sponsor, superfkr.

The streamer spoke to Dust2.us about the venture, which he describes as being very "last minute," telling the publication that "It’s quite expensive to go to Dubai for the closed qualifier and I heard they had issues with finding funding for all their expenses," but that he "had a quick talk with them last night and agreed to cover it for them."

The lineup features some well-known names including, Shuaib "D0cC" Ahmad and Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van, the former of which has Pakistani nationality. Alongside Syrian players Ahmad "SpAwNnS" Kanaan and Kais "KD69z" Abduljawad, this allowed the team to compete in the North America and Levant Open Qualifier.

"I'm interested in sponsoring them because I heard the boys needed support to achieve their dream," superfkr explained. "They've been fighting hard and needed some funding, so I'm stepping in to give them a chance. I love seeing people put it all on the line for their dreams, and I'm here to help make that happen."

superfkr's lineup has already qualified for the Asia-Pacific RMR Middle East Closed Qualifier. They will be competing against OhnePixel's DRILLAS, Bravado, and JiJieHao for a spot in the Asia-Pacific RMR on August 28th.
