Carpe Diem make case for playoffs | ECL S47 Roundup Day 31
It has been a week of constant action and last night was a bit of a reprieve as only two series played out. Party Astronauts continued their hot streak and making the case for the #1 seed while Carpe Diem got some much needed points to stay within touching distance of playoffs at the bottom of the table.
Party Astronauts 2-0 FLUFFY AIMERS
Party Astronauts are just one win back from being at the top of the table this late in the season, making every win that much more valuable. Nouns losing twice the night prior to Carpe Diem meant that with the wins against FLUFFY AIMERS, the unsigned squad has been able to close the gap. FLUFFY AIMERS were not able to put up that much of a fight on Inferno as they failed to penetrate the defense, but did make it close on Anubis where their five-round CT side was better than expected.

It is devastation for One More as they have struggled so far in ESL Challenger League Season 47. The squad have only been able to get five wins to their name while suffering 17 total losses. Carpe Diem, however, have been able to dramatically raise up their own stock in the last two nights. 2-0 wins against Nouns and now One More put the team in 10th and on the verge of playoffs.
