Saturn jumps to Recon 5 as Infinite steps down; consti returns to Rise
Dylan "Saturn" Finch has jumped from Rise to Recon 5 to replace Gage "Infinite" Green as the latter has had to take a break from competition to recover from a Lipoma surgery. In Saturn's place, Kevin "consti" Yi has returned to Rise's starting lineup.
In the six maps Infinite played with Recon 5 he averaged a 0.88 rating in a win against Secret Club and losses to paiN and High Coast; not totally unexpected from someone who hasn't played CS:GO in four months. His replacement, Saturn, has started the year off with a strong show of form, currently boasting a 1.06 rating over the course of fourteen maps. His absence will certainly be felt on Rise as Saturn as he was their highest rated player by a decent margin, with Edward "kber" Vaudry currently sitting at a 1.00 rating over six maps.
The return of consti to Rise comes as something of a surprise as the player has stepped down from the lineup on two occasions this season. Motivation issues aside, he does have extensive experience with the team, having been a part of their successful ESEA Advanced Season 35 campaign.
The two teams are now:
Recon 5 | Rise |

Recon 5 currently sit at 3-1 in ESEA Premier Season 36, with their next match set to come against The Commission on March 10th. Rise find themselves on the edge of a playoff spot with a 3-4 record, and will face off against Eclipse next, also on March 10th.
