Nouns give refuge to Homeless
The old Gaimin Gladiators core has gone by a few names since parting ways with the organisation, whether that is Ex-Gaimin, Squirtle Squad, or Homeless, but regardless of their name they have continued to play at a high level. Now their name will not be a mystery as they have been picked up by Nouns who is well-known for their endeavours in Dota 2.
With good things on the horizon for Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk and company, no longer being detached from an organization is just another step in the right direction. The team has had a good run of recent form, taking down the Richard "shox" Papillon-led Apeks in Fragadelphia 17 without losing a map and, before that, qualifying for a trip to Europe.
For Nouns this is the perfect pick-up to establish their name in North American Counter-Strike. The squad had been on a roll under Gaimin Gladiators when they were unexpectedly dropped right as they qualified for the IEM Road to Rio Americas RMR. They are now in the perfect position for organizational support with a European Bootcamp and a chance to Qualify for the Major right around the corner.
Nouns' roster is now:
-
Dominick "JazzPimp" Dimpfel
-
Jeorge "jeorgesnorts" Endicott
-
David "cynic" Polster
-
Brendan "Bwills" Williams
-
Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk
-
Kory "SEMPHIS" Friesen (Coach)
The rosters debut under the Nouns banner will happen tonight at 08:00PM against Detonate in ESL Challenger League Season 42.
