nosraC and Getting Info will be keen on keeping their regular season momentum

ESL Challenger League S49 reaches playoffs

Getting Info earned the top seed in the regular season.

ESL Challenger League S49 has reached the final stage, where the top ten teams from the regular season will battle for the sole spot in ESL Pro League S22.

Getting Info and LFO 4 ended the season with the top two records and will be placed directly into the upper bracket semi-final. Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly's Getting Info squad finished the first stage of play with a stellar 24-4 record, propelled by Deni "dea" Ediev's 1.33 average rating, best in the league by those who played at least 20 maps.

Just behind the two top teams are Nouns, BLUEJAYS, NRG, and Vagrants, who will begin their playoff journey in the upper bracket. Nouns will face off with Vagrants while BLUEJAYS will take on NRG.

The remaining four teams who qualified for playoffs will have no room for error, as they will be starting off in the lower bracket. These matchups will be Party Astronauts v. Akimbo and Legacy v. Marsborne.

Here is how the league shook out in the regular season:

Here are the first round matchups:

I hope marsborne can win! I'm sick of seeing legacy around (though I will admit they do raise the level of competition and have only improved na teams)
