Villainous sign overhauled Lycus roster for Season 53

Following the departure of their previous roster to Zomblers on March 23rd, Villainous have quickly returned to action, with the organization signing the former Lycus Empire core on April 2nd. Their new lineup consists of former Lycus Empire players Andrew "Stormie" Crake and Dalton "dopplahs" Hanley joined by a new trio of Jason "Enzo" Agaliotis, James "JAM" H., and Joseph "JSP" C.

This new roster came into existence after Stormie and dopplahs parted ways with their former teammates Steven "drayza" Wisemore, Shawn "JoSoo" Noah Kim, Austin "AJaxz" Janocha in the off season with the latter player returning to retirement. The mass overhaul comes after a 6-8 record for Lycus Empire in ESEA Advanced Season 52, with the record denying the team a chance at playoffs, a critical blunder for the experienced squad.

Enzo joins Villainous after playing for the 7-7 StandOnBusiness squad last season while JAM was with the short-lived Zomblers squad. As for JSP, he is a lesser-known player who has notably played for Xmplfy and Polar Ace in the past two years.

Villainous currently have a 1-0 record in ESEA Advanced Season 53 and will be facing Holly Molly next on April 14th.
