BLAST releases rulebook for the Austin Major

BLAST have released the major rulebook and announced roster lock dates for the event and Milan "Striker" Švejda noted some important roster rules on X.

The roster lock for the Major and the Major Regional Qualifier will happen on April 11th at 02:00PM. Striker noted in a reply that one could assume that Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov's transfer to Falcons will probably take place before this date.

However, that doesn't necessarily mean a team is stuck with the group they enter the MRQ with. The teams may change their substitute player or coach between the Qualifier and the Major itself.

A team may even take a player on as a substitute who failed to qualify from their respective MRQ.

The final roster lock will come on May 5th at 02:00PM.
