Media: Liquid reaches agreement with NertZ

Team Liquid has reportedly agreed to a deal with HEROIC rifler Guy "NertZ" Iluz, according to reporter Alejandro "anonimotum" Gomis of Sheep Esports.

The full details of the deal have not been reported yet, but if the move is confirmed, it represents a massive shift for both teams just a few weeks before BLAST Bounty Spring 2025.

It appears Liquid had a replacement already lined up after making the move to bench Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis after more than two years with the Latvian rifler.

NertZ, the 25-year-old rifler from Israel, was ranked 14th in HLTV's 2023 player rankings. He's been the impact player for Heroic, especially in the latter half of 2024. At the Perfect World Shanghai EU RMR B, he was the highest rated with an incredible 1.51 HLTV player rating.

If NertZ is indeed heading to Liquid, the starting lineup should look like this:
