TSM exit Impact scene
TSM have announced the departure of their ESL Impact women's squad today, seeing the American organization part ways with the roster after entering the scene with the signing of Shimmer in late May. Dust2.us understands that TSM's decision to part ways with their Impact lineup comes as TSM are set to take a step back from the women's CS scene due to a sponsor pulling out of the project leading to financial shortfalls as the player's contracts were set to expire.
The decision also follows a relatively tumultuous time for TSM Impact after losing Lucy "empathy" Verkaik and Phoebe "phoebe" Winter in Early September due to disagreements and interpersonal disputes within the team. With TSM Impact losing two of their biggest fraggers, the team narrowly held onto their spot for ESL Impact League Season 7 after finishing Season 6 with a 4-3 record.
Since then, the team have been inactive while Marissa "madss" Dasta announced her intentions to seek out offers on November 26th, with Sebastian "Florence" Ogarev telling Dust2.us it is unlikely the team stick together.
TSM Impact were:
