Limitless' continues winless streak, Nouns pull ahead | ECL S48 Roundup Days 5 & 6

Things continue to be miserable for Limitless and their fans as the squad have yet to pull out a win after ten maps played so far this season. The squad has been blanked so far this week after losses to Nouns and to LAG. It's a tough situation as the lineup have had to play the first sixteen maps of the season using both Jerric "wiz" Jiang and Andrew "Tender" Cote to keep the ECL spot, but without a map to their name, things are looking very dire.

On the other hand, Nouns have surged ahead and claimed first place thanks to their recent wins, while NRG slides to second place because the lineup has played less games than its competitor.

Nouns 2-0 Limitless

It's a tale of two teams. Limitless is now sitting at the bottom of the scoreboard for this latest season of ESL Challenger League while Nouns are surging ahead. The lineup have grown stronger and stronger as they spend time together making them one of the biggest threats to the rest of the field. In the match on the 23rd, Nouns cleaned brushed aside Limitless with their 13-5 win on Mirage and 13-7 victory on Anubis.

Nouns 2-0 Elevate

Nouns again highlighted the week as they absolutely dominated Elevate across Dust2 and Anubis. The NA badboys have had some weird roster strife as Dani "dea" Ediev was off the squad and now is back on the squad while the team looks to find some stable ground once more. The team do not look like they did last season with their 5-5 record putting them towards the back of the pack. With the devastating losses last night, things are getting even more concerning for the lineup.

E-Xolos LAZER 1-1 FLUFFY AIMERS

Brazil's second most notable team to play in this season's edition of ECL is starting to make waves with their form, even if it is slightly less impressive than expected. The team has struggled to get up to the standard of competition so far in this league, with only their second win so far coming against FLUFFY AIMERS, who for their credit have pushed NRG and Party Astronauts to the brink.

In other notable matches, the aforementioned FLUFFY AIMERS took a map off of Party Astronauts on their Tuesday night battle while Limitless continued to struggle as they lost to LAG on Anubis and Ancient.
