hate departs Big Chillin
Nicholas "hate" Young has announced he is looking for a Premier-level team for the upcoming season. This news follows Big Chillin's relegation to ESEA Advanced Season 40.
Hate was the best performer on Big Chillin by some margin, maintaining a 1.02 rating throughout the duration of the Premier regular season despite his team being unable to win a single map.
Hate joined the Big Chillin roster ahead of ESEA Premier Season 39. The team had managed to keep their spot in the league following chaos created by a rule change from ESL.
This move comes as another tough blow for Big Chillin, who lost their relegation tiebreaker to Detonate to go straight down to Advanced for season 40, as opposed to being able to fight for their spot in the relegation tournament.
For now, Big Chillin are:
- Devin "Xzen" Barber
- Brendan "Melloh" Mello
- Michael "Munk Klotz
- Matt "dvl" Buechel (Stand-in)
- William "Aphotic" DeVoe (Coach)
Big Chillin's coach, William "Aphotic" DeVoe, told Dust2.us the team are currently planning on rebuilding and playing in Advanced when it begins on January 18th, 2022.
