Americas RMR Final Day | What to expect from M80 v. Legacy

The final day of the PGL Copenhagen Major Americas RMR is here, and M80 are ready to fly North America's flag at the first Counter-Strike 2 Major. The NA squad has the tough task of overcoming Legacy, a team led by a two-time Major winner and Major MVP, Marcelo "coldzera" David. Far from his peak but still deadly, coldzera has become a true leader, now being the father figure of the Legacy roster.

The match that will decide whether we get dephh stickers or not will start at 02:00PM.

Since Wildcard's head coach splashed Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa, M80 are yet to lose a map. Okay, they haven't played a single map, but we take everything we can, even if it means believing M80 are plot protected. We hope that Rory "dephh" Jackson will get some stickers as a coach, and, naturally, stickers for NA household names, such as malbsMd, Michael "Swisher" Schmid, and Ethan "reck" Serrano.

Hoping to solidify his Legacy

It's no secret that this is coldzera's team. In a recent interview to Dust2 Brasil, he even stated that "during the event I try to help the boys, being a father to them, help a bit in life in general as well," so it's fair to say that these guys are the embodiment of family. Their RMR campaign started with a loss against paiN, but since then they have eliminated Nouns and MIBR, two teams that many fans were hoping to see at the Major.

Unfortunately for M80, Vertigo, their usual first pick, is Legacy's permanent ban and M80's permanent ban is Mirage, which Legacy rarely play, which could result in the NA squad letting the map go through in the first phase of the veto.
