Immortals debuts VALORANT roster featuring KOLER and genghsta
Immortals have signed a VALORANT squad, most notably featuring Yannick "KOLER" Blanchette and Amgalan "genghsta" Nemekhbayar.
The highest level of play KOLER reached was MDL, most recently helping Oceanus defend their MDL slot in ESEA Season 33 Relegation. The roster was then dropped by the Canadian organization which led to further roster changes, including KOLER heading over to the District 7 lineup that would be called Way 2 French by the time he left it for VALORANT.
genghsta also got some reps in at the MDL level, being a part of the Thunder Logic roster that managed to break through and qualify for ESEA MDL Season 31 via relegation. He recently had a brief reunion with the team for the first season of eFire Master League, where they finished fourth.
Joseph "Bjor" Bjorklund reached ESEA Main, most recently plying his trade for a team called Hostile Actions in CS:GO. As for VALORANT, the player had been part of Jimmy "Nurfed" McFadden's Big Frames side until joining up with Immortals.
Noah "jcStani" Smith never broke out of ESEA Intermediate, where he found himself for Seasons 20 and 21. He was also a part of Team Sonii that was the runner up in the Code Green Invitational to Team n0thing.
Immortals VALORANT are now:
- Yannick "KOLER" Blanchette
- Amgalan "genghsta" Nemekhbayar
- Joseph "Bjor" Bjorklund
- Noah "jcStani" Smith
As seems to be the standard for announcements of rosters in the VALORANT scene, the Immortals still need to find a fifth player to round out the squad.
