AA add zeptic
AA have refilled their ranks with the addition of Nick "zeptic" Kaoud, taking the place of Lucas "Fiziq" Blow who announced his intention to step down and focus on VALORANT last week.
zeptic's arrival on the roster follows a strong showing from the player in eFire Master League Season 2, where he averaged a 1.12 rating over ten maps played. His start to MDL Season 34 has been middling, averaging a 1.00 rating over nine maps, but an individually stellar showing against Chaos on Thursday saw zeptic post a 35-15 K-D and 1.76 rating to help his side take an upset win. The move reunites zeptic with Brenden "stellar" McGrath, with the duo previously playing together on Win Scrims Not Matches and Party Astronauts.
Keep the Comms Up currently reside in thirteenth place in the MDL standings, holding a 4-6 record. AA, meanwhile, have done one better, boasting a 5-5 record to sit in ninth place. Notably, zeptic's sudden departure forced Keep the Comms Up to forfeit their WINNERS League Season 4 Invite match against Big Frames today, leaving the team with an 0-1 record in the Swiss group stage.
AA are now:
- Brenden "stellar" McGrath
- Robert "robby" Brown
- Damian "droid" Boulware
- Matthew "nero" Seymour
- Nick "zeptic" Kaoud
zeptic will debut for AA against oNe next week in MDL, with the two sides set to clash at 8 PM EDT on Tuesday.
