Wildcard replace Complexity in Jönköping qualifier

Wildcard have benefited from Complexity's qualification to the Royal Arena.

ESL have announced that Wildcard will be Complexity's replacement in the ESL Challenger Jönköping Closed Qualifier, with Wildcard being called up as a result of their 3rd-4th place finish in the open qualifier and their ESL World Ranking. Complexity pulled out of the Jönköping Closed Qualifier due to the main event having a scheduling conflict with the BLAST Fall Finals in Copenhagen.

Complexity of course qualified to the Royal Arena after a stunningly one-sided victory over Liquid in the BLAST Fall Finals American Showdown, becoming the sole team from the Americas to qualify to the event. The team's exit from the qualifier and the addition of Wildcard greatly opens up the field for the qualifier as the four teams now in the qualifier all have the potential of besting the others and ultimately claiming a spot in Jönköping.

For Wildcard and Forsaken especially, qualifying to the Swedish LAN would be particularly exciting as neither team have attended a LAN event yet in their tenure as teams.

The ESL Challenger Jönköping Closed Qualifier is set to start tomorrow at 03:30PM.
