paiN begins Major prep

Being one of the most in-form teams in North America comes with a set of high expectations, especially when you dominate the Americas RMR and bring FURIA to the brink.

For paiN, the revival and emergence of the Brazilian team as one of the best in the region has been a long time coming. This will be the organization's second Major in CS:GO history and first since PGL Stockholm 2021.

Rodrigo "biguzera" Bittencourt, Wesley "hardzao" Lopes, and Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato will be making their second appearance at the Major and hope to go out with a bang as they are riding high thanks to impressive performances at ESL Pro League, BLAST Premier Spring Showdown Americas, and the RMR.

To begin their prep ahead of the Major, the squad will be bootcamping in Serbia, where several Brazilian teams have bootcamped in the past. Additionally, they will be attending Brazy Party, an online-only competition with some of the top teams in Europe, as well as fellow Brazilians 00 Nation and Imperial.

paiN are scheduled to play their first game against Into the Breach on Wednesday at 08:00AM.
