ESL confirm talent and schedule for S6 Pro League Finals
With the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals kicking off in just over a week's time, ESL have announced the full schedule for the league's final stretch in Copenhagen, as well as the broadcast talent to bring the action to everyone between December 5th-10th.
The Group Stages are to be held over December 5th-6th, in a best-of-one round-robin format. With a day-off on Thursday, the Quarter-Finals will start the Arena Play on Friday before the Semi-Finals continue on the Saturday, both being best-of-three games. Sunday will see the tournament culimate in a best-of-five Grand Final to determine the claimant of the $225,000 grand prize.
The top team from each group will go straight to the Semi-Finals, meanwhile the second and third teams will battle it out in the Quarter-Finals. The full tournament schedule is below, with times in EST.
For the broadcast talent, the main stream will lack a North American voice on the analysis desk, but shall feature Matthew "Sadokist" Trivett and Jason "moses" O'Toole commentating with Henry "HenryG" Greer and Lauren "Pansy" Scott respectively. As usual with ESL events, there'll be a dual-stream set-up to accomodate the glut of matches in the group stages, headed up by a UK commentating quartet.
The Season 6 Finals will kick off on December 5th, with the Group A games of Fnatic vs FaZe and Luminosity vs HellRaisers at 12:00 local time (6:00 EST).
