Ghost and The Quest qualify for ECS Season 7 Challenger Cup
The third ECS Season 7 Challenger Cup qualifier has come to an end, with a Josh "steel" Nissan-less Ghost and Matthew "mCe" Elmore's The Quest claiming two spots for the Challenger Cup.
Like many of the previous Challenger Cup qualifiers, the day started off with a forfeit, as technical issues forced the South American team Jaguar to concede their match against The Quest.
As for the other quarterfinals matches, they played out without many surprises except for a hotly contested series between Ghost and iNTACT. Ghost started off on the backfoot after losing Overpass to the MDL squad 17-19. After Overpass, Ghost seemed to regain their composure winning Train and Inferno 16-8 and 16-11, respectively. However, their shaky start to the series raises many questions regarding how the team will proceed without their long-time IGL if they do decide to move forward without him.

After their close series against iNTACT, Ghost made comparatively short work of Big Frames, dispatching them in two maps. Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik stood out during this match putting up a 1.8 K/D ratio and 111 ADR.

Much like Ghost's semi-final outing, The Quest quickly dispatched of their opposition by cleaning up on Cache 16-5 and Nuke 16-9.
