Ghost has been relegated to MDL and no longer has a chance to compete in EPL Season 7. Their replacement will be the winner of ESEA MDL Season 26, which is currently ongoing.

Immortals and Rogue will play relegation matches against the 2nd and 3rd place teams from MDL where they will either retain their spot in Pro League, or will also be demoted to MDL.

After the conclusion of the online season, this is the full teamlist for the EPL S6 Finals:

Europe North America
Sweden Fnatic OpTic
Denmark North Brazil SK
FaZe United States Misfits
Denmark Astralis United States Liquid
Sweden NiP NRG
World HellRaisers Brazil Luminosity

As opposed to the previous seasons of EPL, the groups for the Finals will not be determined by seeds from the online season. This season will utilize a draft system, where the 1st place team from each region, who are placed in separate groups, will select a team to place into the other group. The teams who are selected will then select another team to place in the other group, etc. until both groups are filled. (To help visualize this, OpTic will choose the second team in Fnatic's group while Fnatic will choose the second team in OpTic's group.)

The Finals are set to take place December 5th - 10th at the Sparekassen Fyn Arena in Odense Denmark.

Sucks to see Cloud9 not making it to finals

Sucks even more to see Immortals going to relegation. :(
