ESEA Season 29 move ups announced
With the 29th season of ESEA arriving in just a few weeks, ESEA has announced the process they will be using using for their move ups.
Starting with the Advanced division, the 1st-8th place Main teams will be making the move up along with the winners of Intermediate. Here are the ten teams that will be making the move up to Advanced:
- Main 1st: iNTACT
- Main 2nd: Looking 4 ORG
- Main 3rd-4th: Witness the Thiccness
- Main 3rd-4th: GT Academy
- Main 5th-8th: reporting for duty
- Main 5th-8th: LiviD
- Main 5th-8th: Anges Big Toe
- Main 5th-8th: Skizm
- Intermediate 1st: Mazer
- Open 1st: Hentai Hooligans
The Main division will be getting 47 new teams, the 2nd-32nd coming from Intermediate, 2nd-16th from Open and the champions of Latin American Open. The Intermediate division will be receiving the biggest influx of teams as usual with the 17th-128th place Open teams moving up, along with the 2nd-8th Latin American Open teams making the jump.
The MDL Relegation tournament taking place from August 28th to September 1st will determine the teams that will be moving up and down from that division, which sits right below the ESL Pro League.
