United States Air Force sponsors Cloud9
The United States Air Force and Cloud9 have agreed to a partnership for the CS:GO team through May of 2019, the Cloud9 organization has announced. This comes just before the team's participation in ELEAGUE Premier 2018.
In the press release, Cloud9 say that the partnership allows for "truly fresh content for Cloud9 fans, including two upcoming ELEAGUE activations, live event participation, and video and experimental access to situations only the Air Force can provide."
The first of the video content planned to be released throughout the year will take place this week at the Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia where the players will learn about Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialists.
The U.S. Air Force will also appear on the player jerseys and on the monthly web series on the team.
Cloud9 will next appear at ELEAGUE Premier, beginning in two days. The team also has a spot at the FACEIT London Major and BLAST Pro Istanbul in September.
