Rickeh set to play with Rogue in Austin
Rogue are set to attend DreamHack Open Austin with a slightly modified roster, Dust2.us have learned. Entering the team shall be Australian traveller Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland, who is coming off of the back of a successful ESL Pro League Relegation visit, having helped ex-Splyce retain their spot in the top division.
He is set to replace Anthony "gMd" Guimond for the tournament, with the Canadian stepping aside for unknown reasons. Speculation now lies on whether or not his move becomes permanant, with Rickeh recently adding four of his new teammates as friends on Steam, adding to Hunter "SicK" Mims who had been on there previously.
Further questions still are raised regarding the future of ex-Splyce, with Rickeh likely no longer being a long-term solution for the team.
Rogue's roster for DreamHack Open Austin shall be:
- Daniel "vice" Kim
- Spencer "Hiko" Martin
- Casper "cadiaN" Møller
- Hunter "SicK" Mims
- Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland (stand-in)
- Matthew "mCe" Elmore (trial coach)
The $100,000 event is set to kick off in just over a week's time, taking place June 1st-3rd. Also present will be fellow North American sides compLexity and eUnited.
