dayV1D misses Katowice due to health issues
Earlier today, Matt "dayV1D" David, coach of ORDER, released a TwitLonger explaining why he was standing behind the team in Poland:
Citing first the flu and then an injured knee, dayV1D explained he was "heartbroken" not to be able to stand behind the team in Katowice. In his absence, the man standing beside the Australian/New Zealander squad was manager Nathan "inveigh" Briffa.
Before his time with ORDER, dayV1D served as a manager for KKona and Ze Pug Godz, as well as an analyst for CLG. Even before these roles, he served as the CEO of the Reliable Gaming Network, which formerly ran a multitude of events in the North American region.
Unfortunately for the ORDER squad that came into the event as one of the massive underdogs, their tournament concluded after a pair of losses to FaZe and NiP. The side features Alistair "aliStair" Johnston, who participated in the ESEA MDL Season 26 Global Challenge with Chiefs.
EDIT: An earlier version of the article stated that dayV1D was not in Poland, he is in Poland, just unable to get to the venue.
