MDL Season 27 Week 4 Recap
Plenty of games took place this week, with many of the results propelling teams towards the top of the standings. Some other results put teams in precarious positions in regards to their future. More roster changes also took place this week, which gives a lot of things to speak about.
As far as interesting match results go, there were a good amount to be had. Firstly, the newly formed Grizzlys took down Swole Patrol, with Rank S star Jake "theTRUTH" Hass putting up huge numbers. Some other notable matches were No Tenemos Nada taking down HWML despite playing from Argentina, as well as Mythic dropping two maps to Atmosphere and Iceberg.
Atmosphere, who were promoted from Main, have been a revelation in this season of MDL as they currently sit at a 6-1 record, with victories over F1-racecar-PEEK, Etherian, and more.
For the roster move department, this week firstly saw Jonathan "Jonji" Carey step down from RONIN and Stephen "reltuC" Cutler step in for the time being. Later on, Anthony "Vanity" Malaspina departed Mask Off, being replaced by former Mask Off player Joel "jcrueL" Cruel. Hunter "koga" Allen also left F1-racecar-PEEK the day after.
