M80 take down FlyQuest in ESL Pro League Season 21 debut
M80 moved to the 1-0 pool of the ESL Pro League Season 21 Stage 1 Swiss as they defeated FlyQuest in their opening match today, March 1st.
The series kicked off on Ancient and nearly went to overtime despite being FlyQuest's worst map as the Australian team displayed a great T-side in the second half.
However, M80 won the final round of regulation thanks to a Fritz "slaxz-" Dietrich clutch and secured the win on their map pick.
Even though Dust2 was FlyQuest's pick, they only won one round on their T-side as M80 put up a great defense.
The Australians, though, once again made things competitive as they pulled an honest CT-side, but M80 didn't let the game slip from their hands and eventually found the two T rounds they needed. slaxz- was once again the name of the game as he dropped TK kills.

M80 will come back to the server tomorrow, March 2nd, to play their 1-0 match. The first day of EPL S21 will carry on and NRG are set to play GamerLegion at 12:00PM.
