Complexity lose to Virtus.Pro; drop to 0-2 in Cluj-Napoca
Complelxity's misery continues. They fall to Virtus.Pro in PGL Cluj-Napoca and are now 0-2 and one series loss from elimination.
They have not only not won a single series in 2025; they haven't even won a map yet this year.
VP conquered 2-0, winning on Dust2 and Inferno.
D2 was a close affair until the second half. Complexity took a 7-5 lead from their CT side into the second period but would only win a single round while playing as Ts. VP won the map 13-8 and Petr "fame" Bolyshev shined on the CT side, going 10-1 to seal Complexity's fate.
Complexity would make the second map a much closer competition, but that doesn't really count for much in the grand scheme of things. VP ran ahead to a 9-3 lead on Inferno, but Complexity flipped the script to bring the match to overtime, powered by Hakon "hallzerk" Fjaerli's 15-7 scoreline while playing on the CT side
The removal of Vertigo is hurting the North American mix, as that was their perma-pick, and they haven't had many opportunities to play Train despite a clear willingness to play the new map.
Complexity will be back in action tomorrow to try to avoid elimination in Cluj.
