Shimmer add experienced Impact player
Last night Shimmer announced the addition of Lydia "Fawx" Dalton to the team's ranks, seeing the experienced ESL Impact player replace Cecelia "Celia" Caton on the orgless roster. Fawx joins Shimmer after spending ESL Impact Season 6 with Lotus, which saw the team bomb out of the division with a 1-6 record while struggling to maintain a complete roster.
Despite this misstep on Lotus, Fawx is known as an experienced fixture in the ESL Impact scene, having previously played for the likes of Limitless Angels and Tsunami Sirens in the division. With that core, Fawx helped the squad to a fourth-place finish in ESL Impact Season 5 and a third-place finish in Season 4, narrowly missing out on LAN while establishing Fawx as a strong fragger in the division.
Shimmer's manager, Scott "ParkS" Park, told Dust2.us that Celia made the decision to step down from Shimmer for personal reasons.

Shimmer's new roster is set to debut in the ESL Impact Cash Cup 2024: North America #20 this weekend on November 16th.
