Complexity is heating up

Complexity pounce on MOUZ

Complexity took full advantage of an under performing MOUZ roster.

Complexity played their best match of ESL Pro League Season 20 so far versus MOUZ, defeating the highly ranked team that's struggled all tournament with two decisive wins on Vertigo and Nuke.

The series started, as expected, on Complexity’s go-to map of Vertigo. Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski carried the load on Complexity’s T-side, earning them five rounds before half-time. But just like in their match against Rooster, MOUZ found no success on their T-side, only mustering one round as Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli and Johnny "JT" Theodosiou shut down attempts on both sites.

With the necessary map win under their belts, Complexity got off to a hot start on Nuke as well. Michael "Grim" Wince put up one of the best CT-side performances of the tournament, capping the half off with a 4K and a last second defuse in the final round to secure a 9-3 lead. A successful fast Outside take on the pistol round put MOUZ on their back heels. Complexity got up to match point with a successful A execute out of Hut, and they used the same strat next round to secure a 13-6 win on Nuke and a 2-0 series victory.
