M80 continue their clean sweep | ECL S47 Roundup Days 27, 28, & 29
A lot has happened since we last covered ECL! M80 is coming back from their Pro League campaign and starting dominating ESL Challenger League once again thanks to six straight wins. NRG has also continued its winning ways, while Wildcard is making its case to be the newest league leaders. Relegation is looking to be a close battle this season as Take Flyte, Capre Diem, FLUFFY AIMERS, One More, Limitless, and MIGHT are all fighting to stay out of the bottom three. At least one of those teams will enter playoffs, but three will be gone.
While normally we would cover every single match that we have played, we're going to quickly cover the best three matches overall and provide the scores for the rest.
Elevate 0-2 M80
Last night's contest between M80 and Elevate was a thriller as M80 were pushed to the brink twice by their younger counterparts. Elevate made sure it was as tight as could be as they twice forced overtime after having four consecutive 6-6 regulation halves. An incredibly even match, only for overtime to break the deadlock, Elevate proved that they could hang with the best of the best, even if M80 had some ping issues with Elias "s1n" Stein.
