Rebirth replace reck with cJ
Rebirth have replaced Ethan "reck" Serrano with Christopher "cJ" Jones for all competitions with the exception of ESEA Premier Season 36, where reck will continue to play due to the roster lock.
reck exits the team after less than a month, being the latest player to be swapped out of the ever-tumultuous Rebirth lineup. During his time with Rebirth reck posted a 0.93 rating over the course of thirteen maps.
Regarding the decision to replace reck with cJ, Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk told Dust2.us that the team decided to bring cJ in as they wanted a more experienced player. cJ has also played with cxzi and Sebastian "retchy" Tropiano in the past on Rugratz and DEFY, respectively.
Rebirth are now:
- Sebastian "retchy" Tropiano
- Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly
- Zack "XotiC" Elshani
- Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk
- Christopher "cJ" Jones
- Ethan "reck" Serrano (ESEA Stand-in)
- Daniel "tropiiical" Elshani (Substitute)
- Ali "phantom" Sachs (Substitute)
cJ made his debut with Rebirth during the first VENN Invitational Spring Open Qualifier on March 7th, where Rebirth made it to the finals before being eliminated by RBG.
